• Each BOW-net! subscribing organization is responsible for maintaining and protecting the customer information under its control. Each organization determines the purposes for which customer information is collected, which may include the marketing of future endeavors.

• The BOW-net! website is a temporary repository of collected information. Once processed by the subscribing member organization, the information is no longer present on this website. 

• Customer information is limited to those details necessary for the purposes of on-line purchasing and is protected by multi-layered security safeguards that are more than appropriate to the sensitivity level of the information collected.

• Sensitive financial information is encrypted while on this site and further protected during transmission using industry standard 128-bit SSL encryption technology.

• BOW-net! has further security measures in place to attempt to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of customer information. Data is kept in secure facilities, protected from unauthorized access and kept only as long as required to download to the subscribing organization.

• This website will not disclose customer information collected to any organization or authority other than the intended BOW-net! member organization unless required by law.

• While we cannot guarantee that loss, misuse or alteration to data will not occur, we make reasonable efforts to prevent such occurrences.

• Neither TSD Consulting nor Canadian Theatre Software is liable for any use or disclosure of personal information that is beyond our reasonable control.
